About Eva Wilmott

Originally from the suburbs of New Orleans, Eva, a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, relocated to Orange Beach in 2014. She and her family now reside in Fairhope, Alabama on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay and are familiar faces in all aspects of their community. She is intrinsically connected to the Baldwin County real estate market and is professionally committed to helping clients find the perfect property for their unique needs.

Prior to her career in real estate, Eva worked with a law firm and then practiced speech therapy in the home health field and private practice. She credits her experience in these fields to her strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills that now benefit her clients. “As a member of Baldwin REALTOR® and Baldwin MLS, I continue to develop my skills and professional real estate expertise to be able to assist my clients with every aspect of buying and selling real estate all along the Gulf Coast and worldwide through our Sotheby’s International Realty affiliation.”

 

 When she’s not working with clients, Eva enjoys bike riding, cooking, gardening, volunteering in her community, and traveling with her husband, Nick. She loves spending quality time with their two children, Hudson and Reece, and their standard poodle, Morgan Freeman. Eva is a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Fairhope Yacht Club, and the Art for Heart Executive Leadership Committee. In 2022, she was chairman of the American Heart Association’s “Art for Heart” Gala, the organization's primary fundraiser for Baldwin County.
